My experience with Holistic medicine began in 1995 working as a Chiropractic Assistant. Later on while still working as a CA, I was introduced to Massage Therapy and then decided to attend the Baltimore School of Massage, where I graduated in 2001.
My studies there included Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial. I have worked in the Crofton area as a Massage Therapist now for nearly 10 years. I also have added a Certification of Reflexology to the modalities I previously acquired. I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve a lifestyle that is free of pain and stress.
